What is a fleet wrap, and how is one built?

What is a fleet wrap?
A fleet wrap is one branded design printed on cast vinyl and installed across two or more business vehicles under a single contract. The artwork is built once as a master template, then fitted to each vehicle so every van and truck matches. Fleet pricing starts at two vehicles. Chicago Fleet Wraps has wrapped vehicles since 2001 and holds 2,800+ fleet accounts; the full program is at fleet wrap programs.
Also asked as: What is a fleet wrap? · what are fleet wraps · what is fleet wraps · fleet wrapsWhat are fleet graphics?
Fleet graphics are the printed vinyl pieces that brand a fleet without covering the whole vehicle: logos, phone numbers, door lettering, unit numbers, DOT numbers and partial panels. A full fleet wrap covers every painted panel; graphics cover selected areas. We price lettering and decals at 20 percent of the full wrap price and partial wraps at 55 percent, printed in house on HP Latex. See fleet graphics.
Also asked as: fleet graphics chicago · fleet graphics · fleet graphics near me · What is a fleet graphic? What is the difference between a commercial wrap and a fleet wrap?
A commercial wrap is one business vehicle priced on its own: a cargo van at $4,200, a 16 foot smooth-side box truck at $5,300. A fleet wrap puts two or more vehicles on one contract, so fleet tiers apply (3 percent off at 2 to 4 vehicles, 15 percent at 25 or more) and every vehicle shares one master design file. The film and install process is the same.
Also asked as: commercial & fleet vehicle wraps · commercial fleet wraps · commercial fleet wrap · commercial fleet wraps chicagoHow is a fleet wrap installed?
In the shop, one vehicle at a time, by our six installers, three with 10+ years each. The vehicle is washed and wiped free of wax, panels are laid out from the proof, and the cast vinyl is applied and post-heated at every recess and edge. Bay time is 2 to 3 business days per vehicle; adhesive cures over 24 to 72 hours, so no pressure washing the first week.

At our shop at 4711 N Lamon Ave #7 in Portage Park, where printing and installation happen under one roof. We print on two HP Latex 560 printers and an Epson SureColor R5070 at up to 59 inches wide, laminate on SEAL equipment and install in five climate-controlled bays, so a reprinted panel matches the original run. Free pickup and delivery covers Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Will and McHenry counties.
Also asked as: where can i get fleet graphics printed and installed in chicago · fleet vehicle wrap printing chicago · fleet vehicle wraps printing · Do you provide installation services for commercial fleet graphics in ChicagoWhat does a full fleet wrap cover on a van or truck?
Every painted exterior panel: hood, fenders, doors, quarter panels, bumpers and the rear doors, with printed perforated film available on rear windows. On tall cargo vans and box trucks the roof is usually left unwrapped because nobody sees it, which also keeps the price down. Door jambs are not included on fleet work. Each full wrap price, $4,200 for a cargo van, includes design, print, cast vinyl, lamination and installation.
Also asked as: full fleet vehicle wraps · full vehicle wraps for fleets · full fleet wrapsHow many vehicles do you need to qualify for fleet pricing?
Two vehicles on one contract. The first fleet tier covers 2 to 4 vehicles at 3 percent off, so a $4,200 cargo van becomes $4,074 per van. Tiers step up at 5, 10 and 25 vehicles. The count is per contract, not per company lifetime: three vans ordered together qualify, while one van this year and two next year are priced as separate jobs.
Also asked as: Can I get a fleet discount for wrapping multiple vehicles? · do any chicago wrap shops offer fleet pricing · What if I have multiple vehicles · how many vehicles make a fleetDo you work with small companies, like a plumber with 3 vans wrapped one at a time?
Yes, with no minimum. One van is a normal job; fleet pricing starts at 2 vehicles on one contract, so three vans take 3 percent off, $4,074 each on a $4,200 cargo van. One at a time works: each spends 2 to 3 business days in the bay and is picked up and returned free, from Berwyn or anywhere in the six counties, so no crew loses its van.
Also asked as: i run a plumbing company out of berwyn with 3 vans and want them wrapped one at a time so i never lose a crew, who nearby does that · Are there a minimum number of vehicles I need in my fleet to work with you · Do you work with companies my size · Do you work with smaller companies my sizeWhat are the benefits of wrapping a fleet?
Every vehicle becomes one sign. One master design, printed from one file, puts an identical brand on vans bought years apart. A wrap is paid once and works for a 5 to 7 year service life, no monthly bill; Nielsen's 2019 out-of-home study found 64 percent of people noticed a wrapped vehicle ad in the past month. Cast vinyl shields factory paint and comes off clean at lease return.

How much does a fleet wrap cost in Chicago?
Start with each vehicle's single-unit price, then take off the fleet tier. Cargo van $4,200, 16 foot smooth box truck $5,300, pickup $3,500. Tiers take 3, 7, 11 or 15 percent off at 2, 5, 10 and 25 vehicles; five cargo vans come to $3,906 each, $19,530 total. The price is the same in Berwyn, Schaumburg or Downers Grove; pickup is free in six counties. More at fleet wrap cost.
Also asked as: How much to wrap five new vans? · how much does a business fleet wrap cost in chicago · How much do fleet vehicle wraps cost in Chicago · how much does a fleet wrap cost in schaumburg ilWhat is the per-van price to wrap 10 cargo vans at once?
$3,738 per van, $37,380 for the contract. Ten vehicles reach our 10 to 24 tier, 11 percent off the $4,200 single-van price for a Transit, ProMaster, Express or Savana. That figure covers design, print, cast vinyl, lamination and installation for every van. A Ford Transit high roof is $4,900 before the discount, and a mixed fleet of vans and box trucks is priced the same way, class by class.
Also asked as: what is the per van price when we wrap 10 cargo vans at once in chicago · how much does it cost to wrap a fleet of vans in Chicago · fleet van wraps · van fleet wrapsHow much does it cost to wrap a fleet of box trucks?
One truck runs $5,300 for a 16 foot smooth-side box, $6,000 for a riveted 16 footer, $7,100 at 20 feet, $8,250 at 24 feet and $9,200 at 26 feet. The fleet tier then comes off each truck: 3 percent at 2 to 4, 7 percent at 5 to 9, 11 percent at 10 to 24, 15 percent at 25 or more. Riveted bodies cost more because each rivet is hand-conformed.
Also asked as: fleet truck wraps · fleet truck wraps illinois · truck fleet wraps · custom fleet truck wrapsWhen does a partial wrap make sense for a fleet?
When the base color already matches the brand, or when the budget has to stretch across many vehicles. A partial covers the sides and rear, the panels people actually read, at 55 percent of the full price, so a partial on a $4,200 cargo van is $2,310. White or brand-color vans take partials well; dark vans under a light design usually need the full wrap so the edges do not show.
Also asked as: partial fleet wraps · full vs partial fleet wrap · fleet vehicle graphics partial wrapsWhat does a fleet lettering contract cost per vehicle once the tier is applied?
Lettering and decals are 20 percent of each vehicle's full wrap price, then the fleet tier comes off the whole contract. On a $4,200 cargo van that is $840 per van for logo, phone, unit and DOT numbers; a 10-van lettering contract takes 11 percent off every van, 25 or more take 15 percent. A partial wrap is the step up at 55 percent, $2,310 per van before the tier.
Also asked as: fleet graphics cost per vehicle · fleet graphics cost · fleet wraps vs decals costDo you do fleet decal and lettering programs, including DOT numbers?
Yes. A fleet lettering program covers the logo, phone number, web address, unit numbers and the regulatory numbers each truck has to display, in laminated cast vinyl. We keep the layout on file so a new truck gets the same package with its own numbers. Lettering is 20 percent of the vehicle's full wrap price, $840 on a $4,200 cargo van. See fleet decals.
Also asked as: fleet decals and lettering chicago · fleet decals and lettering · fleet decals near meWhat is the ROI on wrapping a fleet of service vans?
There is no honest universal number; exposure depends on routes, parking and hours on the road. What the research shows: Nielsen's 2019 out-of-home study found 64 percent of people noticed a wrapped vehicle ad in the past month and 44 percent in the past week. A wrap is paid once and works for its 5 to 7 year service life, with no monthly bill. More at fleet wrap ROI.
Also asked as: what is the roi on wrapping a fleet of service vans · fleet wrap roiDoes it make more sense to wrap our fleet or buy vehicles painted in the brand color?
Wrap, in most cases. Factory paint gives a color but no logo, phone number or message, so a painted van still needs graphics. A wrap carries all of it for $4,200 on a cargo van, comes off at lease return, and lets us reprint a damaged door from the original file. White vans keep resale and replacement simple. Paint only makes sense when a vehicle will never carry branding.
Also asked as: fleet wrap vs paint · does it make more sense to wrap our fleet or buy painted vehicles in the brand colorDoes the fleet discount apply to a mixed fleet of vans and box trucks?
Yes, the tier follows the vehicle count on the contract, not the vehicle type. Two box trucks and 8 cargo vans make 10 vehicles, so every unit takes the 10 to 24 tier at 11 percent off its own base: the $4,200 cargo vans drop to $3,738, and each box truck comes off its length-based price, $5,300 for a 16 foot smooth-side body. One master design fits both.
Can a fleet sell advertising space on its van rear doors, and what does the graphic cost to produce?
Yes; the rate is between you and the advertiser, we only price the graphics. A rear-door decal set on a cargo van is 20 percent of the $4,200 full wrap price, $840 per van before the tier; five vans reach the 7 percent tier. Cast vinyl comes off clean after a 12 month campaign; removal is 40 percent of the full wrap price. Build both into what you charge.
Also asked as: What would a fleet owner accept for a 12 month ad campaign on the back doors of five vans? How do fleet wrap companies price per vehicle?
Most shops price each vehicle class on its wrappable area, then discount the contract by vehicle count. Our model: measured square feet plus 6 percent waste, times $13.21 per square foot, times a labor tier for things like rivets and deep recesses, rounded to $50, with a $2,850 floor. The fleet tier then comes off every vehicle on the contract. Three cargo vans drop from $4,200 to $4,074 each.
Also asked as: how do fleet wrap companies price per vehicleWhat would it cost per van to wrap 20 identical Transit Connects?
Twenty vans reach the 10 to 24 tier, 11 percent off each van's single-unit price. A Transit Connect is smaller than a full-size Transit, so its base comes from its measured area rather than the $4,200 full-size cargo van figure; the simplest cargo van jobs start at $3,250. Identical vehicles need only one approved proof. Send year, trim, coverage and artwork for an itemized quote within 24 hours.
Also asked as: what would it cost per van to wrap 20 identical transit connects with the same design in chicagoHow should a 40-vehicle fleet budget for wraps next year?
Plan on the 25-plus tier, 15 percent off each vehicle's single-unit price. On $4,200 cargo vans that is $3,570 per van; 25 vans come to $89,250, and the other 15 are priced by class at the same 15 percent. There is no flat per-vehicle number, because a pickup, a cargo van and a 26 foot box truck carry very different square footage. Larger programs can be staged across billing cycles.
Also asked as: we are a fleet of 40 vehicles and are budgeting for wraps next year, how do shops usually price volume and what should i expect per vehicleWhich is better for a fleet, a full wrap or logo decals on a white van?
Full wraps win on recognition; decals win on price. A white van with a logo and phone number costs 20 percent of a full wrap, $840 on a $4,200 van. A full wrap turns the whole side into a sign and hides the base color, so vans bought in different years still match. Many fleets land between, with a 55 percent partial on the sides and rear.
Also asked as: which is better for a chicago fleet, a full wrap or logo decals on a white vanCan a fleet wrap program be billed in stages?
Yes. We do not offer in-house financing, but larger fleet programs can be staged across billing cycles: vehicles are wrapped in batches and billing follows the batches. Deposit terms are set in the written quote. Staging matches the way fleets are installed anyway, a few vehicles at a time so the rest stay on the road. Ask for schedule and billing plan together at quote time.

Is there a fleet wrap shop near Schaumburg, Naperville or Oak Lawn?
Our only shop is at 4711 N Lamon Ave #7 in Portage Park, with no suburban locations. Fleets in Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, Park Ridge, Addison, Naperville, Joliet, Berwyn, Oak Lawn and Orland Park are inside the six counties where pickup and delivery are free, so the distance costs nothing. Sterling and other towns outside Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Will and McHenry can still bring vehicles in.
Also asked as: fleet vehicle wraps near schaumburg, il · fleet wraps schaumburg il · fleet wrap shop in Schaumburg IL · fleet vehicle wraps napervilleHow much downtime should we plan for per van when wrapping a fleet?
Two to three business days of bay time per van or truck, from drop-off to pickup. Design and printing happen before the vehicle arrives, so the van is only off the road for prep, installation and the first hours of adhesive cure. With free pickup and delivery the van leaves from and returns to your yard; nobody drives it in. See zero-downtime fleet wraps.
Also asked as: fleet wrap downtime per vehicle · how much downtime should we plan for per van when wrapping a fleet · How long are my vehicles out of service for field installationsCan you wrap 10 vans over a couple of weeks?
Yes, a normal fleet rotation. Each van spends 2 to 3 business days in the bay, several run at once across five bays, and printing is done before the first van arrives. The calendar depends on how many vans you can release at a time, so the quote sets it, not a fixed weekly count. The shop is in Portage Park on the northwest side; pickup is free.
Also asked as: is there a fleet wrap shop near portage park that can handle 10 vans over a couple of weeks · fleet wraps northwest side chicagoCan you wrap 12 HVAC vans before spring without taking them all off the road?
Yes, as a rotation: a few vans at a time, 2 to 3 business days of bay time each, picked up and returned free from Elk Grove Village. Allow for an itemized quote within 24 hours of sending vehicle, coverage and artwork details, proof approval, then 3 to 5 business days from approval to install per vehicle. Twelve vans reach the 10 to 24 tier, 11 percent off.
Also asked as: need a wrap shop in illinois that can wrap 12 cargo vans without taking them all off the road at once · i run 12 hvac vans out of elk grove village and need them wrapped before spring, who can do it without taking them all off the road at onceHow fast can you wrap 6 Ford Transits if we drop them all off on a Monday?
It hinges on artwork approved and printed before the vans arrive. Six vans against five bays means most start Monday, the rest as bays open; each takes 2 to 3 business days of bay time, and the exact schedule goes in the quote. Approve the proof first: install follows 3 to 5 business days after approval. Six Transits take the 5 to 9 tier, $3,906 each on a $4,200 van.
Also asked as: how fast can a chicago shop wrap 6 ford transits if we drop them all off on a monday · our hvac company is replacing 6 ford transits this fall and wants them wrapped the week they arrive, who in chicagoland can turn that aroundWill you come to our yard to install the wraps instead of us driving vans in one at a time?
No, installation happens only at our climate-controlled shop; vinyl adhesion depends on temperature and a clean, dust-free bay, which a yard in Franklin Park in February cannot give. What we do instead: survey the vehicles at your yard before production for larger or mixed fleets, then pick up and deliver each vehicle free across the six counties, so nobody on your staff drives a van in.
Also asked as: looking for a fleet wrap installer that will come to our yard in franklin park instead of us driving vans in one at a time · Can you do field installations at all of my DCsCan you schedule a fleet wrap so we never have more than two vans off the road?
Yes. We build the rotation around your release limit: two vans come in, each spends 2 to 3 business days in the bay, and the next pair is picked up as those are delivered back. Printing runs ahead of the schedule so no van waits on production. Give us the days each driver can spare and any blackout dates, and the rotation is written into the quote.
Also asked as: i manage a fleet in chicago and cannot lose more than two vans a day, how do wrap shops schedule around thatCan you install overnight or on weekends so the fleet keeps working?
Yes, overnight and weekend scheduling can be arranged for fleet accounts. Drivers drop vans at the end of a shift and collect them at the start of one; the work itself still takes 2 to 3 business days of bay time per van, with vehicles in secure indoor storage between steps. Tell us shift patterns when you request the quote so the rotation is built around them, not our hours.
Also asked as: Can you coordinate installation times to minimize fleet downtime?Do fleet wrap shops offer pickup and delivery so our drivers do not lose a day?
We do, at no charge, across Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Will and McHenry counties. We collect the vehicle at your yard, it spends 2 to 3 business days in the bay, and it comes back wrapped; your driver never makes the trip. For a rotation we schedule pickups and returns on the same run, so one van goes out as the next comes in. Coverage map at service area.

Which Chicago wrap shops can handle a 25-vehicle fleet?
Look for three things: enough bays to run several vehicles at once, in-house printing so reprints match, and a written rotation plan. For reference, we run five installation bays in about 6,000 square feet, print in house on HP Latex, and hold 2,800+ fleet accounts. Twenty-five vehicles reach the 15 percent tier; 25 cargo vans at $4,200 come to $3,570 each, $89,250 for the contract, installed in stages.
Also asked as: which chicago wrap shops can handle a 25 vehicle fleet · best fleet wrap company chicago · who is the best fleet wrap shop in chicago · best business fleet wrap company near meWhere can a business get its fleet wrapped in Chicago with nationwide support?
We are a single destination shop, so nationwide support means two things in practice. First, vehicles based outside the area can be brought to us. Second, for a multi-city program we act as the Chicago installer, working from the program's files at trade pricing. Our 600+ Rivian installs were done at Rivian's plant in Normal, Illinois and at Rivian facilities in California and Arizona under a manufacturer program.
Also asked as: where can a business get its commercial fleet wrapped in chicago with nationwide support? · who does fleet vehicle wraps with nationwide support out of chicago · Can you handle nationwide installations for multiple locationsIs a national wrap company or a local Chicago installer better for a fleet rollout?
Ask who touches the vehicle. Many national marketplaces subcontract the install to a local shop, so you pay for coordination and lose direct contact with the installer. A local shop that prints and installs under one roof owns the color match, schedule and warranty (ours: 2 years workmanship, 5 years material). For 10 vehicles in one metro, local is simpler; for 30 cities, a coordinator with vetted local installers.
Also asked as: local fleet vehicle wraps near meCan you send a written estimate our fleet management company can approve?
Yes. We issue an itemized written estimate per vehicle, listing coverage, material (Avery Dennison MPI 1105 cast vinyl with matching overlaminate), the fleet tier applied and the install schedule, within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle list and artwork. The fleet management company can be the approving and billing contact while the operator's yard handles pickups. We hold 2,800+ fleet accounts.
Also asked as: Can you send a written estimate our fleet management company can approve? · Are you able to work with my Fleet Management Company (FMC)Do you do install-only work for national fleet programs and brokers in Chicago?
Yes. National programs and brokers send us their printed graphics or their files, and we install, or print and install, at trade pricing quoted by email to roy@chicagofleetwraps.com. The vehicle still comes to our shop in Portage Park, with free pickup and delivery across the six counties. We are an Avery Dennison certified installer with six installers, three with 10+ years each. Other shops can also rent bay space.
Also asked as: which national fleet wrap companies have installers in chicago · national fleet vehicle wraps near meCan I get a fleet wrap quote without bringing every vehicle in?
Yes. Send the year, make and model of each vehicle, the coverage you want (full, partial or lettering), your artwork or brand files and a few photos, and the itemized quote comes back within 24 hours; the first reply lands within 2 business hours. For larger or mixed fleets we survey the vehicles at your yard before production to confirm bodies, racks and panel condition. Start at fleet quote.
Also asked as: can i get a fleet wrap quote without bringing every vehicle in · fleet wrap quote chicagoCan you wrap new vans straight from the dealer before they go into service?
Yes, and it is the cleanest way to run a rollout: no downtime, factory paint untouched, and the wrap goes on before the first door ding. If the dealer's lot is inside Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Will or McHenry county we can pick up there; otherwise have the units delivered to us. Ask the dealer to skip paint sealant or ceramic coating; vinyl needs bare, clean clear coat.
Can you provide fleet references or case studies?
Yes. Precision Today HVAC had 16 vehicles wrapped with us in October 2026; more fleet work is at case studies. Beyond named accounts, the numbers: 19,400+ vehicles wrapped, 2,800+ fleet accounts, a 4.9 star Google rating and an A+ BBB rating, women-owned. What vinyl should a Chicago fleet spec to survive road salt and daily car washes?
A cast printable film with a cast overlaminate, never a calendered or intermediate film. We run Avery Dennison MPI 1105 as the standard and 3M IJ180-CV3 as the alternative; both carry a 5 to 7 year expected service life, not a warranty. Intermediate film saves a little per vehicle and shrinks, cracks and lifts years sooner on rivets and curves. Hand or touchless washes only; rinse salt in winter.

Included. Two in-house designers build the master layout from your logo and brand standards, with unlimited revisions until you approve and Pantone matching for brand colors. You see a proof on a template of your vehicle before anything prints. Every fleet price, $4,200 for a cargo van, carries design, print, cast vinyl, lamination and installation. Also asked as: custom fleet wraps · custom fleet wraps near me · fleet wrap design services · fleet wrap designCan you do identical van wraps for a franchise with several Chicago locations?
Yes, from one shop, one master file and one contract. Each location's vans are picked up and returned free anywhere in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Will and McHenry counties, so a Naperville unit and a Schaumburg unit come off the same printer with the same profile. Putting all five locations on one contract also sets the fleet tier by the total count: 10 to 24 vans takes 11 percent off.
Also asked as: we have a franchise with 5 locations around chicago and need identical van wraps at every one, who handles that · who can wrap company vehicles for a franchise with multiple chicago locations and keep the brand colors matched · Do you work with franchise systemsWhen should a fleet plan for a rewrap?
Budget a rewrap at 5 to 7 years, the expected service life of a cast vinyl wrap through Chicago winters; that is a service life, not a warranty. Road salt and brush washes shorten it, so rinse lower panels in winter and use touchless washes. Removal is 40 percent of the full wrap price, and the new wrap goes on the same visit when the paint is sound.
Also asked as: fleet wrap removal and rewrap · how long does a fleet wrap last through chicago winters and road salt · How long does a fleet wrap in Chicago typically lastDo you remove old fleet graphics before a rebrand?
Yes, including wraps and decals another shop installed. Removal is 40 percent of the vehicle's full wrap price and done with heat so factory paint stays intact; quality cast film inside its service life comes off clean, while cheap film or film left years past its life can leave adhesive. Where the paint is sound the new wrap goes on the same visit, one trip per vehicle.
Also asked as: Do you offer removal services for old fleet graphics? · We are in the process of a merger and will need our fleet rebranded, is this something you can help with · Can a custom fleet wrap be removed without damaging the vehicleHow do fleet wrap companies keep colors consistent across 30 vehicles?
Three controls. First, Pantone matching at the design stage, with the brand color profiled on the printer rather than eyeballed. Second, one material and one print profile across the program; we print every vehicle on Avery Dennison MPI 1105 and its overlaminate, because mixing films or shops is where color drifts. Third, the production file and profile stay on record, so vehicle 30 or a replacement door matches vehicle 1.
Also asked as: how do fleet wrap companies keep colors consistent across 30 vehiclesCan you put reflective vinyl on a fleet for night visibility?
Yes. Reflective vinyl can be added as striping, lettering or logos over a standard fleet wrap, and it is the usual choice for public works trucks, tow fleets and anything that stops on the shoulder at night. It is priced per vehicle with the other graphics in the itemized quote. Reflective film is stiffer than printable cast vinyl, so we keep it to flat and gently curved areas.

Who does Amazon DSP van graphics in Chicago?
We install DSP van graphics at our shop in Portage Park, on Rivian EDVs and on the Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter and Ram ProMaster cargo vans that delivery partners run. Graphics follow the program's spec sheet. A full wrap on a cargo van is $4,200 and on a Rivian EDV 700 is $6,350, before fleet tiers; ten or more vans take 11 percent off. See Amazon DSP wrap program.
Also asked as: amazon dsp van graphics chicagoDo you do police and fire truck graphics in Chicago?
Yes, as part of municipal fleet work. Fire apparatus and police units use mostly reflective vinyl: rear chevrons (fire departments cite NFPA 1901 for those), side stripes and unit numbers, with printed cast vinyl for seals and lettering. Each vehicle is quoted after we measure it, since an engine, an ambulance and an Explorer share nothing; the itemized estimate fits bid processes. Installs are staged so units stay in service.
Also asked as: police vehicle graphics chicago · fire truck graphics chicago · fire truck graphics illinoisWhat vans do Amazon DSP drivers use, and can they be wrapped?
Mostly Rivian EDVs, the electric vans Rivian builds for Amazon, alongside Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter and Ram ProMaster cargo vans; the Amazon electric van is a Rivian, not a Ford. The vans are leased or owned by the DSP company, not the driver, so the DSP owner authorizes graphics. All wrap: a cargo van is $4,200 and a Rivian EDV 700 is $6,350, fleet tiers from 2 vehicles.
Also asked as: what vans do amazon dsp drivers use · does amazon provide vans for dsp · do amazon dsp drivers drive amazon vans · are amazon dsp electric vans fordWho wraps Rivian EDV delivery vans for Amazon DSPs in Chicago?
We do. Our 600+ Rivian installs were done on site at Rivian's plant in Normal, Illinois and at Rivian facilities in California and Arizona, so the EDV body is familiar work. DSP vans in the area are wrapped at our Portage Park shop. A full wrap on an EDV 700 is $6,350 before fleet tiers; decal packages are 20 percent of that. See Rivian fleet wraps.

Yes. We have 600+ Rivian installs behind us, done at Rivian facilities in Normal, Illinois, California and Arizona. Single-vehicle prices: Rivian R1T $3,950, R1S $4,100, EDV 700 $6,350, Tesla Model Y $3,250, Model 3 $2,850; fleet tiers apply from 2 vehicles.
Also asked as: ev fleet wraps chicago · who wraps electric delivery vans in illinoisDo you wrap municipal and government fleets in Illinois?
Yes. Municipal fleets run through the same program as any other: public works trucks, water department vans, parks vehicles and pool cars are quoted per vehicle in an itemized written estimate that fits bid and purchase-order processes, with reflective vinyl for units that work roadsides at night. Installs are staged so crews keep their trucks, and files stay on record so later units match. See municipal fleet graphics.
