Acceptance

By using chicagofleetwraps.com or engaging Chicago Fleet Wraps for work, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the vehicle, coverage, surface, and fleet size you provide. Prices are firm once confirmed in writing and are valid for 30 days. Custom work requires a deposit before production. Final pricing is confirmed after measurement and surface check.

Work and materials

We install Avery Dennison and 3M cast vinyl and print on HP Latex equipment. Workmanship is warranted separately from the film maker's material warranty. Wrap lifespan depends on care and conditions.

Client responsibilities

You confirm you own or are authorized to brand the vehicles and surfaces, and that supplied artwork does not infringe third-party rights. Surfaces must be in suitable condition; we flag any surface that carries removal or adhesion risk before work begins.

Liability

Chicago Fleet Wraps is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects in customer-supplied materials, or surface conditions disclosed and accepted before work. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.
