Can you wrap over faded gelcoat?
Usually yes, after prep. Oxidized gelcoat gets corrected before vinyl goes down, because adhesive bonds to the surface it touches. Heavy delamination or failing sealant gets flagged during inspection, not discovered after.
Do you wrap slide outs and curved end caps?
Yes. Slide out walls wrap with clearances planned for their travel, and front and rear caps with compound curves get premium conformable cast films. The panel layout is designed around awnings, lights, and access doors.
Does a wrap protect an RV?
Yes. Vinyl absorbs the UV and weathering that chalks gelcoat, so the surface underneath ages slower. Many owners wrap partly as paint protection with a design upgrade riding along.
