The Shop: What We Actually Run
Chicago Fleet Wraps operates approximately 6,000 square feet of dedicated installation space at 4711 N Lamon Ave with five installation bays, and can take many commercial vehicles up to approximately 40 feet long indoors. Secure indoor overnight storage is available, which is how fleet vehicles get wrapped overnight and back before the morning crew call.
Graphics are produced in-house using two HP Latex 560 printers and an Epson SureColor R5070, with up to 59-inch print capability and SEAL laminating equipment. Print, laminate, and install never leave the building, which is why color stays consistent from unit 3 to unit 14.
The floor is a six-person installation team: three installers with more than a decade of experience each, one with about six years, and two with about four years. Two in-house designers work directly with production and installation from first design through reorders.
