How It Works

One Truck In. One Truck Out. Fleet Never Stops.

Every other shop asks you to park revenue in their lot for a week. We built the schedule the other way around: the wrap happens while your fleet sleeps, one vehicle at a time, until the whole thing is done.

Crew Clocks Out
Your truck finishes its full working day on the road, like any other day.
We Collect It
Our driver picks it up from your lot, anywhere in Chicagoland, free.
Overnight Install
Handles and emblems off, every panel edge wrapped, 8 to 11 shop hours.
Back Before 7am
In your lot before crew call, keys where you want them. Next truck tonight.
1

We Pick It Up

Your truck works its full day. After your crew clocks out, our driver collects it from your lot. You never drive to us.

2

We Wrap It Overnight

Cast vinyl only, printed from the design proof you already approved. Nothing goes on the truck you have not signed off on.

3

Back Before 7am

The vehicle is in your lot before the 7am crew call. One truck rolls in as the last one rolls out until the fleet is wrapped.

The Studies

Fleets That Did This. By Name.

Not stock photos, not testimonials from "John D." These are published case studies with the company name on the truck and the story written down.

That zero is not a warranty and we do not dress it up as one. It is what has happened, job after job, for 25 years: factory paint stays sealed under the cast vinyl and comes back clean at resale. We state the record and let it speak.

The Stack

What Comes With Every Fleet Slot

Free pickup and return from your lot. Across Chicagoland, every vehicle, every night. Your drivers drive your routes, not ours.

Staggered scheduling around your work calendar. Busy Tuesdays stay busy. We build the rotation around dispatch, not the other way.

Design proof before any vinyl is cut. You sign off on the exact design, on your exact vehicle model, before the printer runs.

Every panel edge wrapped, handles and emblems off. No shortcuts around hardware. The wrap reads factory tight because the hardware came off first.

Capacity, Not Countdown

Four Fleet Slots a Week. That Is the Building.

Install bays hold 4 staggered fleet slots per week. That is not a marketing timer, it is bay space and installer hours. A booked week is a booked week, and the next fleet starts the following Monday. If your season has a deadline, get on the board ahead of it.

Straight Answers

Zero-Downtime Questions, Answered

How does pickup and return work?
We schedule around your crew call. After a vehicle finishes its working day, our driver picks it up from your lot anywhere in Chicagoland, free. It gets wrapped overnight in our shop at 4711 N Lamon Ave and is back in your lot before the 7am call. You hand us keys once and get them back with the truck.
How many of my vehicles are out of service at once?
One per slot. The schedule staggers so one vehicle is in the bay while the rest of the fleet works. One truck rolls in as the last one rolls out until the whole fleet is wrapped. Your dispatch board never loses a working day.
What happens to the factory paint under the wrap?
Cast vinyl seals the factory paint away from road salt and sun, and the paint comes back clean at resale. Our record across 25 years and 19,400+ vehicles: zero verified paint damage claims. That is a track record we state as fact, not a warranty we sell.
How long does each vehicle take?
Install labor runs 8 to 11 shop hours per vehicle depending on size and surface complexity. One vehicle per night, nights in a row, staggered around your calendar. The exact night by night schedule comes with your quote.
What does a fleet wrap cost?
Locked pricing, in writing. A cargo van full wrap is $4,200 as a single unit. Fleet tiers take 3% off at 2 to 4 vehicles up to 15% off at 25 plus, which puts a cargo van at $3,570 per unit on a 25 vehicle contract. Get the full pricing guide →
