The Company

Oak Bros runs two sides of one business. Oak Bros Tree Care and Removal handles the climbing, cutting, and hauling. Oak Bros Treecycle takes what comes down and turns it into mulch and topsoil, so the trees that get removed do not just go to a landfill. Their tagline says it plain: respecting the value of our local trees. They carry the credentials that matter in this trade. TCIA membership, ISA Certified Arborists on staff, and CTSP safety certification, and they sponsor the Veteran Tree Care Grant. This is a serious operation, and the fleet needed to look like one.

One Brand, Every Truck

The hard part of a tree-care fleet is the range of vehicles. A service pickup is nothing like a dump truck, and neither is anything like a Class 8 tractor. Most shops end up with a different look on each one because they wrap them at different times with different vendors. CFW put one brand system on all of it. The green-and-yellow identity, the circle mark, the certifications, the phone numbers, applied so a Oak Bros truck reads as a Oak Bros truck whether it is a service rig on a residential street or a Kenworth hauling mulch down the highway.

The Box Truck

The box truck is the hardest vehicle type to wrap right. The large flat panels expose every install flaw, every seam, every bubble. There is nowhere to hide a mistake on a slab-side box. CFW printed on HP Latex and installed in 3M IJ180-CV3 cast vinyl with 3M Comply adhesive, which let the installers lift and reposition sections during application instead of committing a panel on the first pass. The wrap was sealed with 3M 8518 gloss laminate for UV and abrasion protection across the full service life. A 26-foot box truck takes 4 to 5 install days at CFW.

The Materials

3M IJ180-CV3 cast vinyl with 3M 8518 gloss laminate, HP Latex prints. Cast film is rated 5 to 7 years outdoors and removes cleanly with controlled heat, with no paint damage on factory or commercial-grade painted panels. This is the same material spec CFW runs on every commercial wrap, not a budget calendered film that fails in one to two years. On a working tree-care fleet that takes branches, bark, and sap all day, the laminate is what keeps the graphics readable for years.

Why This Project Matters

Oak Bros shows what it looks like when a whole mixed fleet carries one brand instead of five different looks. A work truck averages tens of thousands of visual impressions per day per OAAA industry data, and a tree-care company lives or dies on local recognition in the neighborhoods it works. When the service truck, the dump truck, the tractor, and the box truck all read as the same company, every job site and every drive between calls builds the same name. One vendor handled the design, the print, and the install across every vehicle type and the building.
