Roy has spent his entire professional career in commercial vehicle graphics. He started wrapping vehicles in Las Vegas in 2001, building Chicago Fleet Wraps from a single-van operation into a multi-crew shop handling complex fleet programs. In 2014, he relocated to Chicago — a city with a commercial vehicle density that rewards high-quality wrap operations.

His work spans every category of commercial vehicle: standard cargo vans, extended and high-roof Sprinters, 16- to 26-foot box trucks, semi trailers, electric vehicles across every major platform, boats, and specialty equipment. He works hands-on across installation, design review, print quality control, and client consultation — not a shop owner who left the bay years ago.

Roy's technical expertise covers the full workflow: surface preparation, IPA wipe protocol, cast vinyl selection, HP Latex print calibration, ICC profile creation for Avery MPI 1105 and 3M IJ180-CV3, SAi Flexi RIP operation, and Epson SureColor resin ink workflows.
