Box trucks are the hardest vehicle type to wrap right. The large flat panels expose every installation imperfection — a bubble or seam misalignment that's invisible on a van door becomes obvious on an 8-foot-tall box panel. Oakbros needed a full-coverage commercial wrap that looked professional at highway speed and in tight commercial parking situations.

We used 3M IJ180-CV3 for this project — the Comply adhesive technology allowed our installers to reposition sections during application and eliminate any bubbles before the film fully bonded. Every panel was laid in sequence, seams planned to fall on body lines and corners where they're least visible.

The rear doors presented the most complexity — two separate panels that need to align perfectly when the doors close. We template and position those panels closed before installation, then apply each door individually so the graphic reads as one continuous image when the truck is locked up.
