Improovy Painters Fleet Wrap — 5 Cargo Vans

The Project

Improovy Painters operates a growing residential and commercial painting fleet across Chicago and the suburbs. They came to Chicago Fleet Wraps needing consistent branding across 5 cargo vans — vehicles that were driving through every neighborhood on the North and Northwest Sides every day, but looking like unmarked work trucks.

The design challenge was straightforward: clean, readable at 40mph, consistent across all 5 vehicles regardless of minor body differences between model years. We wrapped all 5 in the same production window using Avery Dennison MPI 1105 cast vinyl — the fleet standard for multi-vehicle programs where consistency across production runs matters.

Every van was prepped identically: surface cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, inspected for paint defects, and wrapped in our climate-controlled Portage Park facility. The result is 5 vans that look like 1 fleet — uniform branding, uniform finish, uniform lifespan.
